Colour Swatch trial

I have quickly rendered a colour swatch using oil pastels, which I have then scanned using a scanning app and finally printed the image. The two images below show how the colours change once the image has been digitalised. The scanned/printed image on the right looks less vibrant and flat, I would like to try this with different mediums and see how watercolour and ink, for example, changes.
