Cracknell are a Landscape Architecture, Planning & Urban Design Practise, based in multiple countries around the World. Established in 1987, they now have 240 'visionaries' working for the practise. Their website is fantastically dynamic and interactive; their ethos, exciting and innovative. They appear to be a multi-cultural and diverse workforce and their projects, predominantly in Dubai are impressive. Having looked at their careers page, it seems they're only looking for experienced Landscape Architects with a minimum of 8 years experience. Definitely one to watch.
