Dan Pearson...

Dan Pearson is a British garden designer, horticulturalist and writer who specialises in naturalistic planting. His designs are described as sensitive and painterly where he uses his in-depth horticultural knowledge to the full, his projects are all unique based principally on the specific site habitats and ecology. He has won several RHS gold medals and has designed gardens all over the world, including Japan and the USA. I wrote to him several years ago when writing a dissertation about plagiarism in garden design and he generously came back with "I see it as a compliment and all ideas are there to be shared, borrowed and enhanced"....
