Royal Academy: Summer Exhibition 2021

This years exhibition felt really inclusive with some really moving pieces. The architectural models didn't disappoint, but I was intrigued why most of the landscape concept models were produced by architects and not Landscape Architects??? I have written to the RA to ask if there are actually any Landscape Architect Royal Academicians..

The first photo doesn't do the actual painting justice. The section painting, by John Cook, is so ephemeral and atmospheric, I hope to emanate some of theses qualities when I next do some section drawings/images
