Topher Delaney describes herself as a "Cross-over" between an artist and landscape architect. She didn't want to create work for galleries, but to produce art in the landscape. Her gardens and installations are considered to have no boundaries that don't sit within a particular philosophy or genre.Delaney works closely with her clients to create individual designs that connect them to their space. She is well-known for her healing gardens which she focused on after living with cancer. Her gardens are all about connections and memory; her designs are brave and provocative. Truly inspirational designs that I would love to emanate, they appear simple and uncomplicated; but are powerful and dramatic, using clean lines and geometric shapes, juxtaposed with organic elements. I really admire her work..
